Garlic Butter Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables - broccoli, carrots, bell peppers

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare Chicken: In a large bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
