Garlic Butter Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups mixed vegetables - broccoli, carrots, bell peppers
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Chicken: In a large bowl, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Melt Butter: In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Sear Chicken: Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
