Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook Pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and slice
Make Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper
Combine: Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat
Serve: Garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired
